Props: Students must bring their own yoga mat & blanket & personal props (if you have them).
Blocks & straps will be provided, Mexican blankets will NOT be provided.

Using a breath centered approach we work towards calming the mind, developing core strength, flexibility and improving balance. Props are used to modify the practice, making it accessible to all. Explore Sun Salutation sequences and various postures focused on breath, alignment, and relaxation. Students are encouraged to modify their practice accordingly. Bring yoga mat and blanket.
