Yoga Group Classes
Thinking about developing a home practice, but need help getting started? Ever wanted to know more about yoga or have a personalized practice uniquely created for you? Private classes are a great way to take your practice to the next level and deepen your understanding of yoga. Private classes are 60 minutes and range from $50-$65/hr. Prices vary based on location of session. What a wonderful way to nurture your body and yourself.
Vinyasa Flow:

This is an energizing, dynamic, yet slow flowing, and sweat inducing vinyasa style class. We explore Sun Salutations and various poses focusing on breath, alignment, movement and meditation. Both beginners and intermediate students can modify their practice and move at their own pace. Bring your yoga mat and blanket. Please arrive early to register and share any health concerns with teacher prior to attending class.
Prime of Life Yoga:
Perfect for those who want to build strength, stamina and focus. We incorporate yoga basics into mini flow sequences with a focus on core conditioning. This is a perfect class for beginners who are willing to take their practice up a notch and be willing to work at their own pace.
Yoga Basics:
This is a wonderful opportunity for first time yoga students to get a safe, gentle and clear introduction to yoga.This class is designed for the beginner who wants to learn basic yoga postures, breath and relaxation techniques. Perfect for seniors or those wanting to focus on alignment and foundational principles. We use props to enhance the practice and make it accessible to those with physical limitations.
Yoga Therapy:
