PRIVATE  CLASSES:  A personalized approach designed to teach you how to practice yoga safely and modify postures according to your unique health concerns. A great opportunity for seniors to use Chair yoga techniques to strengthen the body and improve balance.  Classes are held in the privacy of your home and are offered at an affordable rate. All yoga props (mat, blankets, blocks, straps & bolsters) provided.

Kid’s Yoga: Engage your child's imagination and channel their energy in a positive and creative manner. Kids build strength & flexibility while learning to concentrate, focus and relax. Kids have fun while learning the value of teamwork and respect. (Certified to teach Kids Yoga - Classes currently on hold).

Chair Yoga: Designed for seniors and those with physical limitations experience the healing benefits of yoga through breathing, strengthening the spine, increasing flexibility, and relaxing the body. Students discover a greater body mind connection enabling them to manage the aging process and health concerns.
